An isostatic press is a product that uses fluid to apply the same pressure in all directions. Equal force can apply pressure in all directions by the pressure of the internal fluid. Used for isostatic pressing and lamination in material processing. It is also used for the sterilization of food processing.

As a leader in custom-designed high-pressure solutions, suflux has developed its isothermal production equipment (WIP), one with a high-pressure vessel and pressurized fluid heated to 85°C. Designed for high productivity and low maintenance, suflux's hot static press (WIP) is suitable for all applications that require moderate temperature during pressure application, and can be customized to suit the specific needs of the application. Suflux's temperature equalization press (WIP) can operate at a pressure of up to 2,000 bar, while controlling pressure and pressure reduction. This results in a product with uniform density; reducing internal stress, cracks, strain and lamination of the processed parts.

Laminating process?

The lamination process is a thermal compression process in which pressure is applied in a heated container after the ceramic layer and the internal electrode layer are laminated, in order to make the layers closely adhere. This process is mainly used to produce electrical insulation boards and printed circuit boards. Now, printed circuit boards have been widely used in all kinds of TV sets, mobile phones and smart phones, computer products, various control circuits and other products that require flat integrated circuits.
